Corporatization Of State-owned Enterprises In The Reform Of Corporate Governance Structure

Whether our state-owned enterprises can extricate themselves from a predicament and realize corpration-transition depends on dealing with deficiencies with effective Corporate Governance.In this thesis, the author discusses the intension and main problems of improving the Corporate Governance and also puts forward some methods to improve them.The author抯 opinion can do some good in -constructing the Corporate Governance,which play the core in corporation-transtion of state-owned enterprises.
