The development of state-owned enterprises in China, experienced thetransition from a planned economy to a market economy, especially in the30years since the reform and opening up, with the constant improvementof China’s state-owned assets management system reform and the marketeconomy system, the reform of state-owned enterprises a huge development,state-owned economy plays a pivotal role in China’s economic developmentprocess, also took on a large number of social responsibility.
