It has been proved that the automobile insurance is the unique effective method of preventing and eliminating automobile risks through the insurance practices all over the world. To all property insurance companies, automobile insurance is the most important insurance category owing to its benefit and scale. Up till now, domestic automobile insurance market has possessed considerable scale and characteristics. Thanks to its short history our domestic automobile insurance market is not perfect and needs improvement. In view of the current situation, the author puts forward some suggestions about the developing orientation of the domestic automobile insurance market. This thesis consists of four parts. The last but not the least part illustrates the developing orientation of domestic automobile insurance market, that is, the transformation standardization to non-standardization, and the establishment of compulsory automobile liability insurance system and voluntary insurance system.
