Research On The Standardization Of Police Entry Training Under The Background Of Public Security Reform And Four Constructions

With the world in mind,"standard competition" has spread across industries and fields.One has the right to set standards that can seize the development of the first opportunity,and who control the industry standards system can be at an invincible position.The standardization of policing is an important part of the modernization of police,and the standardization of basic training of policing is the basis of the standardization of policing.As the first training of the initial police entering the public security system,the police entry training is an important content of the public security education training system,which is of great significance to the public security organs and the new police.To a great extent,the training of entering the police determines the professional ability and post competence of the newly appointed police,and then affects the level of the public security organs to crack down on crime and maintain for the sake of building the public order.At present,there is still a greater randomness in carrying out the police training in various regions,which does not organize the training of the police in accordance with the standard requirements,but lacks the corresponding standards in the aspects of curriculum content setting,curriculum time arrangement and so on.In this paper,field investigation,questionnaire survey and expert interview are used to investigate the people's police training schools(bases)in Jining,Shandong province,Suzhou,Jiangsu province,and Shenzhen,Guangdong province.The actual understanding of the current police training in the actual combat training of the development of the status condition,analysis of the current training of some problems.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and principles of the standardization during the basic training in the actual combat of police.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the basic training in the actual combat of police,and combined with the overall layout and requirements of the current reform of public security and the four constructions,the necessity of standardization of the basic training of the actual combat of the police is obtained.By analyzing the factors that affect the basic training of police actual combat,with the combing of the concept and requirements of the standardization system,this paper summarizes the elements that should be included in the standardization system of the basic training in police actual combat.From the aspects of training content,training time,organization and implementation of training,actual combat instructors,training assessment,police officers are integrated into the standardized system of the basic training of police actual combat.
