How to achieve the economic growth on the condition of inadequate effective demand is a reality problem needing to be solved urgently for Chinese government. It is also what problem this dissertation is trying to solve. West economists have put forward different policy trains of thought on this problem, These ideas can bring us much reference value. On the other band, there are many economic structure contradictions biding in the market situation of the inadequate effective demand in China. If these contradictions don't be solved, Chinese economic can't jump out the cycle fluctuate of "loose â†'hotâ†'tightâ†'cold"Therefore, the author thinks that the Chinese policies of economic growth should not only be directed by the west economic theories, such as Keyneslism.. Neoclassicalism,modern economic growth theory and so on,, but also be drawn out according to the Chinese reality. With the favorable turn of the economicappeaiing, the economic policies should solve the structure contradictions emphatically and the short term policies should harmonizine well with the long term policies. The former are drawn out to enlarge the demand while the latter are formulated to improve the supply. By this way, Chinese economic would grow continuously.. rapidly and healthily. This dissertation has firstly a general analysis to the economic growth on the condition of the inadequate effective demand. Then, it studies the advantages, disadvantages and the developing trend of Chinese economic growth. Finally, it presents the new policy trains of thought on Chinese economic growth from both aspects of demand pulling and supply pushing.
