Research On Supply And Demand Characteristics Of Community Aged Service Facilities

The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the regions where China's aging is more serious.At present,due to the limited resources of community pension,coupled with the problems of deep aging,reduced family structure and increased dependency ratio,more and more elderly people are more inclined to support the elderly in the community.At present,China is implementing the 9073 pension model,that is,90% of families self-care,7% of community home care services,and 3% of institutions.Among them,community pension service facilities continue to support family care,and link and assume the important role of some institutions to support the elderly.Judging from the current situation and use of community pension facilities in the Yangtze River Delta,there are many problems.From the top down,there are problems such as imperfect systems,chaotic standards for construction,low implementation of facilities,and insufficient service supply.From the bottom up,problems such as backward hardware facilities and shortage of professional medical service personnel are severely constrained.The quality and level of community care services.Based on the investigation of the current situation of community pension facilities supply and the needs of the elderly in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper deeply analyzes the supply and demand characteristics of community pension service facilities.The research content mainly includes three aspects: 1.Investigate the old-age needs of the elderly through a combination of online and offline research,aiming to understand the universal characteristics and individualized characteristics of the elderly's pension needs.2.Empirically study the allocation of community pension service facilities in the Yangtze River Delta region,and study the supply characteristics from the aspects of facility construction level,facility structure type,facility construction scale and spatial layout.3.Compare research supply and demand characteristics.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The general demand characteristics include the characteristics of the elderly's pension demand showing comprehensive and continuous demand;the survival demand is the most fundamental needs of the elderly;the elderly have the most urgent need for security and the elderly are more concerned about spiritual needs.2.In terms of individualized demand characteristics,different age groups,self-care ability,family structure,living conditions,education level,income,etc.will lead to large differences in the demand and acceptance of the elderly care services for the community.3.At the level of facility construction,the degree of implementation of facilities varies greatly,and the “failure” of medical facilities is typical;the overall structure of the facility is “heavy style,light care”;the scale of facilities is low;the layout of space,different levels of facilities The spatial distribution is different,the distribution of residential-level facilities is relatively scattered,and the residential community level is relatively concentrated.4.By comparing the supply and demand characteristics to obtain a considerable degree of mismatch between supply and demand,the overall matching degree is not high,and proposes targeted strategies based on the contradiction between supply and demand,including the construction of a complete community pension service system and facility supply.Structural adjustment,allocation of aged care service resources based on demand intensity,refined service configuration according to demand characteristics and increased supply of service personnel.
