Foreign Venture Capital Research, Investment Strategy In China

Knowledge economy, an economy which is based on production, distribution and use of knowledge and information, is opposite to Agriculture economy and Industry economy one another. An important characteristic of knowledge economy is an industrialization economy that takes high science and technology industry as a sign. Therefore, researching venture capital investment, especially invest tactics of out-board venture capital investment in china, is of great significance not only to out-board venture capital investment enterprise but also to the growth of our country抯 economy.This paper begins with analyzing certain basic characteristics of venture capital, then analyses the regional environment on which out-board venture capital is invested in China and a number of existing problems and reassons in the process of out-board venture capital invested in China, and finally proposes some specific methods to solve these problems.
