Wto And The Open Strategy Of China's Financial Industry Research

The thesis mainly discusses several issues on WTO and the openness of Chian?s financial industry. The thesis is composed of four parts. The first chapter analyzes the function of the General Agree- ment on Service Trade and Financial Servies Agreement in promoting the liberalization of financial services and reform of China?s financial industry. The second chapter mainly discusses a series of problems in the process of openness of china?s financial industry. The auther first proves the historical necessity and the actual feasibility of the open- ness of China?s financial industry. Then, the author appraises the opening-up process of China抯 financial industry in the past 20 years. And finally, the author points out the actual difficulties existed nowa- days in the opening-up of China?s financial industry. The third chap- ter mainly dwells on challenges and opportunities for China?s finan- cial industry after China~ s entry into WTO. In the fourth chapter, the author expounds how to deal with the underlying problems com- ing after China?s entry into the WTO and how to grasp the historical opportunities to improve the competence of the financial industry. At the same time, the author emphasizes the importance to accelerate the reform of financial system and proves choice of the reasonable mode and order of China?s financial opening-up. Finally, a series of actual and operatable strategies are put forward.
