Management Culture is a new cultural phenomenon based on the formation and development of modem mass production and market economy. The research and building of management culture began at early 20c and became prosperous in 1980抯. By now, it has been the hot point of managing research.The deepening of management practice and development of management theory continually make people to recognize their culture from a brand new point of view. Social culture is the basis of management culture and management culture is one of its factors. The building of management culture should be connected with the recognizing of the natural and social characters of managements. Management culture consists of material culture, regulation culture and spirit culture. Material culture is the superficial one which provides the material basis for regulation culture and spirit culture. And regulationculture regulates the building of material and spirit culture. Spirit culture is the core of management culture on which material and regulation culture are spiritually based. The conformation of management culture reflects the conformation of scientific spirit and human spirit.hat the researches of management culture focuses on and the corporate culture are originally connected with American's research on the Japan's rising up in economy. The management models of European and American enterprise and Japanese enterprise are different. Japanese enterprise pay their attention to the people's social characters and the functions of people's spiritual power, as well as the functions of people's mind, belief and principle. It's a culture focuses on human nature. Whereas European and American management culture pays more attention to rules and regulations. From the evolution of management culture, we can see that a harmonious management benefits from the mutual compensation of scientific spirit and human spirit. This paper is divided into 3 parts.Part I, the direction of the development of organization management theory and the building up of management culture. Starting from the basic theories of organization management, this part approaches the development of organization management theory. With the arising of culture enthusiasm, the managers think over the issue of management and a series of problems they met when facing the challenge of market, from the strategic and cultural point of view. Thus the management culturecomes into being.Part II, the hypothesis of Culture Human and management mind. This part questions about Political Human and Economic Human after analyzing the human nature. It is a new scientific mind of management on the basis of conformation of management history, management culture and management sprit, to regard human as a cultural animal.Part III, the pluralism of management model and management culture in the future. Through analyzing the 4 kinds of management model in the future, this part discusses the symbiosis, mutual companion and coordination in management, and expounds that management is in fact a result of co-exist, co-development and co-evolution. And its variety brings out the pluralism of management culture.
