Network Investment Value Assessment Study

Along with information technology and network technology development and popularization, net corporation come in being. They are the representation of new economy. They play important role in old economy reconstruction and new economy development, so many investors pay more attention to them. Traditional evaluation models aren fit for them. Moreover some new evaluation models can evaluate reliably corporation value because they are comparative evaluation methods.This article put forward to a new evaluation method from investor point of view. This article viewpoint is: corporation investment value need be evaluated from two aspects. One is corporation comprehensive capability, another is fix quantify evaluation according to its future payoff.A quality evaluation model has established for net corporation in this article. It choose marketing orientation ~ competition capability, payoff capability ~ pullulate capability~ continuance development capabilitymanagement capability as evaluation indexes. This system takes net corporation characteristics into account . It chooses high technology corporation average indexes and advanced indexes as evaluation criteria. Three net corporation including Gehuayouxin. Zhongxinguoan. Changchengdiannao are evaluated by this model. they are analyzed and compared according to the evaluation results.A new price model is established in this article. It attracts main idea of traditional discount cash flux model. On account of high risk and high pullulation of net corporation ,risk is different in different development phases. So different discount rates are endowed to different development phase cash flux. This model need forecast accurately corporation future cash flux. A net corporation~~~~Gehuayouxian?value is counted by this model for the sake of testing and explaining the model.
