With the fleet developing of Chinese economy and constant deepening of land using institution reform. It is even more important to do land management. Furthermore standard land-price is the base of land management. So it is pivotal Task of Chinese land market that how to scientific ,reasonable evaluate standard land-price and establish intact standard land-price system.this paper takes Marxism rent theory and land-price theory and area-position theory as a guiding principle. Land-price system and basic methods of land-price evaluation are analysed and studied. Combined the update example of zibo city zone land rank and standard land-price ,a scientific,rigorous and economic technology method of evaluating standard land-price is explored. Method of land-price dynamic inspect to combining land-price dynamic inspect model and land-price index is brought forward. Land-price-rank model and land-price-marking value model of zibo are developed. The urban land evaluation and management information system is designed and developed based on geography information system software Mapinfo.
