In order to alleviate the burden to the enterprise gradually. some service items that showed deficits and violent competition are been propelled to the society. Duty-standards and stuff's check standards have been set up to improve their service quality. 2.The Analysis of the Development Environment of Real Estate Management. Using the SWOT method, the author analyzed the self-conditions and the external situation of the real estate management in Double Horse Group. It has the following strengths: financial support comes from the community, that is self financial support; the kinds of resident are simple and easy to be managed; the house maintenance funds are available. Its weakness is: it has no qualification of real estate management enterprise, lacking in efficient systems, employment, experience, experts in real estate management and the great deficits. However there are some opportunities, such as the spacious essential market, fair competition environment, advanced experience in real estate management and some new technology that may be utilized. It has the following threats: law system is backward, the requirements that the resident asked for are increasing steadily, the competition becomes more and more violent among real estate management companies. The out-dated facilities have also hold back the development of the real estate management. 3.The Development Strategy of the Real Estate Management. Generally speaking, the total strategy has three phases. In the first stage, they should improve the real estate management quality; in the second stage, set up its trade-mark, and the third, link and cooperate with related branches to enlarge the market share at low cost. The thesis then analyzed the method of elevating the visage of the company by two means: one is the education of professional ethics, the other is to carry out the opinion of "human's benefit is foundation". The author analyzed the method of improving the quality of real estate management by means of complement of service measures, strengthing exchanging ideas with the customers and strengthing the construction of community culture.
