With the booming of the new-tech Revolution marked with the infor111ation technologyin l970s,the trend of economic "globalization" extends rapidly --internationalization ofproduction, integration of trade and the free flowing of financial means .As a matter of fact,globalization is far beyond the economic field. It has not infiuenced such material behaviorsof the whole human society as political choice, cultural communication, and military action,but stroked drasticaIly the ideas, behaviors and motives behind those. Though socialideo]ogy is determined by sociaI being, its guidance to social being can never be ignored,just as a1though ideas is not the final origin of human actions, one kind of them fOrmed incertain period wilI have great dominance about people's thoughts and behaviors, and decidethe tendency of social development. International political ideology can be regarded astheoretical idea, therefOre, even not so successful to ho1d the variety and trend ofinternationa1 politics in the background of globalization, especially post could war by theresearch into main manifestation and function of international political ideology, it can be atry to analyze it fro1n a new angle.This text consists of four sections.The flrst part is to distinguish meanings, especially the concept of "ideology", showbackground concerning the subject. Great changes have taken place in tl1e field ofinternational politics accompanied by the adcent of globalization. Firstly, traditiona1sovereignty is questioned and eroded, giving rise to the interPenetration and interp1aybetween state's security and international security, Secondly, while international conflicts ona small scale arise in a limited demission, international collaborations develops rapidlyBesides promotes the process of talk and peace, globalization shows the problem aboutefficiency and justice in international framework's design and enforcement. Among manyopinions about the alteration of g1obalization and intCmational po1itics, in order to escapefrom the narrow employment of traditionaI internationaI ideology and uncover its truth in3the background ofglobalization pursuing unity of multi-union .As a result, we can not onlymanage to understand the new international political phenomena coming out quicklyaccording to the theory but predict the main content of fLlture international politicalideology for the advancement of our state's.The second section is the bulk of this paper, which researches in detail to fourdominative ideologies of International Politics in post cold war: The Principles ofInternationa1 Law, the CuItural lmperialism, the Law of Nation self determination and theClass Ideology. Except for the Class Ideology, the former three ideology of the diplomaticpolicy. According to Morgenthau .Han J. they mean successively "Maintain Statusquo","lmperialsm" and "Ambiguousness" .In the con temporary international relations, theprinciples of International Law are adopted more often by the developing countries tomaintain the state sovereignty, while they often drop into a paradoxical dilemma, becausethe process of globalization undoubtedly challenge the traditional definition of thesovereignty .The Cultural Imperialism, which although more inclines to ideally conquerbackward nations and active1y create and maintain the internationa1 framework bydominated by the West to realize Supremacy, is a typical ideology of advocating theWestern Supermacy.The Iaw of Nation Self determination could be the basis of the struggIeof both the weak and sma1l nations striving fOr rights morally and the national seperatist.Itis worrisome that the challenge to the nation states from globalization is strengthening thetrend of seperatism.The class ideology is the indispensable root of alI ideologies, as well asthe most distinctive kind of the ideological struggle forms.
