The Operation Of The Financial Asset Management Companies In China Risk Research

Finance asset management corporation (FAMC)was established in china to deal with NPL, which use for reference the successful experience of foreign AMC .But there are many differences between china and other country in the world, so we have to think about the risk when we use FAMC to deal with NPL.This paper use general uncertainty and risk theory to establish the risk theory of finance asset management corporation of china and illuminate that the run of china FAMC has risk because Zf the difference between china and other county which established AMC also. Then connecting the practice of finance asset management corporation of china, author deeply analysis the risk both have arisened and should prevent. This is the main part of the paper. At the last part of the paper, author put forward the resolution to the risk of china FAMC, pointing out that in order to solve the risk, we need not only the corporation of FAMC, but also the deep reform of china state-owed commercial bank and china state-owed enterprise.
