The Period Of Transformation Of China's State-owned Enterprises And The Relationship Between State-owned Commercial Banks To Build

Establishing new bank & enterprise relationship suitable to socialistic market economy is an important part of state-owned enterprises reform and state-owned commercial banks reform. Beginning with looking back at the development process of the relationship, the article analyzes the main problems of the relationship and reasons in the process of economic transition. By comparing, analyzing and with references of several international bank & enterprise relationship modes, the article summarizes the principles which should be followed in establishing market-oriented bank & enterprise relationship, meanwhile explores how to construct different new relationship between state-owned enterprises and state-owned commercial banks.
