Study Of Joint-stock Reform Of State-owned Commercial Banks Bottlenecks

State-owned commercial banks are the main part of Chinese banking system. The reformation of state-owned commercial banks are concern with the stability and safety of the financial system. After entering WTO, State-owned banks are facing more sharply competition. During processing of construction, huge non-performing loans and low ratio of capital are the main bottle-neck problems. This paper analysis the internal factors that lead to bottle-neck, bring forward suggestion for solving the bottle-neck problems -property right innovation ,setting up modern corporate governance .
