Work achievements and effiency is a hot topic in the study of human resources management. Current research on this question is mainly focused on how to conduct achievements and efficiency evaluation. This paper, however, tries to explore the factors that influence achievements and efficiency. I analyzed how fourteen attitudes affect work achievements and efficiency by way of compiling attitude measurement forms. There are 30,000 characters and four parts in this paper.In the first part I proposed the question and the meaning for exploring it. I explicated the connotation and content of attitude, and its relationship with knowledge, view of values, personalities and cognition. I briefly introduced the meaning and features of work achievements and efficiency, and factors that influence work achievements and efficiency. Then I concentrated on analyzing the relationship between attitudes and work achievements and efficiency.The second part concerns methodology. Based on reading existing literature and surveying a great deal of questionaires, I compiled two measurement forms of attitudes. I made simulation and survey to test credibility and effectiveness. Credibility was tested by consistent self-evaluation and other-evaluation and setting up questions concerning credibility. Effectiveness was tested by analyzing if statistical and survey conclusions are consistent.In the third part I made analysis and conclusion. By analyzing the questionaires with statistical methods and combining the features of organizations and the practical meaning of this research, I made the following conclusions. First, fourteen attitudes have close relations with work achievements and efficiency. Second, different positions require different attitude features . Third, different enterprises require different attitude features.In the fourth part I reviewed this paper and made recommendations. I proposed that enterprises should conduct differentiated and soft management in terms of the characteristics of the personnel. The personnel should choose jobs according to their personality characterictics and try to foster their attitude features.
