The Building Of Enterprise Culture Of The Era Of Knowledge Economy

The theory of enterprise culture that is emerged in the fierce market competition becomes the development of managerial theories. The thesis is mainly abort the necessity and meaning of construction of enterprise culture by discussing the domestic and foreign circumstances that our enterprises are facing and the relations between enterprise culture and the achievements of long-time management during the period of knowledge economy and more, the article has discussed about the important function of enterprise culture for our Socialism.On the basis of study on the misunderstandings in the construction of enterprise culture, through the careful research, I put forward an idea of using the experience of excellent foreign construction, taking the traditional culture as details and men essence. I also practically point out that under the guide of the idea when the enterprise culture is to be constructed, we should follow the steps of setting the target and taking measures to cultivate, evaluate and improve the constructive achievements of enterprise culture.
