Enterprise Culture And Innovation

As a member in the of FJEP (Fujian Electric Power Corporation) ,the author is interested in the construction and innovation of its enterprise culture. Studied knowledge about enterprise culture and based on the related theories, the author tried to comprehensively analyze the forming background and current insufficiencies of the enterprise culture of FJEP. The author analyzed the enterprise cultural problems in FJEP and some other successful experiences. The author put forward his ideas to rebuilding FJEP's culture.The article consists of 5 chapters. Chapter One reviewed the enterprise culture theory. The concept of enterprise culture was given out by discussing components, characteristics and functions of enterprise culture. The enterprise culture significance for corporations and their reformations were discussed in this chapter. In chapter two, the author analyzed some successful enterprise cultures to show the importance of the enterprise culture construction. Chapter three stated the current status of the construction of enterprise culture of FJEP. The author analyzed the enterprise culture of FJEP, followed by the achievements acquired in its cultural construction. The idea about the construction of FJEP's culture were put forward by the author. By analyzing the current FJEP's culture issues, the author focused on the methods and processes of innovation of FJEP's culture. Chapter Five summarized the enterprise culture construction.
