Discussion On Conflict Of Interest In Contemporary Society And Its Integration Mechanism

During the process of social transformation, the interests' pattern changed with information, the interests' contradictions in our current society has become more and more intricate. How to integrate current interests' contradiction is an issue that directly concerns with how to carry out the further information.By defining the conception of interests and categorizing 'the interests' contradictions, this paper probe into the positive and negative effects of interests' contradictions on development of society. Then from theory to reality, the paper analyzes the main interests' contradictions, the common interests' contradictions, the interests' subject pattern, and the disintegration of interests' pattern from deferent angles, trying to reveal the structure of interests' contradictions and the features of interests' pattern in our current society and expounding the cause of the disintegration of interests' pattern.Author think interests' contradictions in our current society derive from the deference between infinitive increase of interests subject's requirement and limitation of interests object. The disintegration of interests' pattern is a reflection and result of intricacy of interests' contradictions that haven't been integrated with a new institution. Thus, we need a new reasonable and efficient integrating mechanism of economics, politics, law, and morality. We need proper criterion to evaluate the efficiency of integrating institution.
