Research On The Construction Logic And Maintenance Countermeasures Of China's Interests Borderland

The deepening of globalization have led to a profound change in the international political and economic and a strong impact on the old political and economic concept.National interests have generally transcended sovereignty and spilled out to the whole world,forming new expressions such as "non-sovereign border areas" and "supranational interests",which also further promote the emergence and development of the concept of "Interests Borderland".With the deepening of economic interdependence of all countries in the world,countries begin to constantly seek to safeguard the interests of national sovereignty in the sense of development on the basis of maintaining the geographic frontier in the sense of survival.This historic change profoundly reflects the development trend of the concept of state sovereignty keeping pace with the times and is of great significance to the peace and stability of the international community.Since the birth of the concept of "Interests Borderland" in western countries,it has been playing a huge role in safeguarding national sovereignty,protecting overseas interests and formulating national strategies.In particular,its combination with geopolitics makes its role more prominent in expanding national strategic space and safeguarding overseas interests.Today,peace and development are the theme of the world.As the largest developing country,the world's second largest economy,China needs to have a more sober understanding on interests borderland,go out of the closed and traditional frontier conception and cognition,have the courage to break through the security dilemma in the construction of interests borderland,strive to get closer to the center of the world stage and properly discuss and safeguard its own interests by taking advantage of interests borderland.Based on the specific elaboration of the concept of "Interests Borderland",this paper studies the construction logic and maintenance countermeasures of China's interests borderland.While absorbing the experience and lessons of western countries in safeguarding their interests borderland,it explores the concept of interest borderland with Chinese characteristics that can meet the needs of national development,so as to strengthen the realistic construction,maintain and consolidate China's developmental interests.The first chapter of this paper is an overview of "Interests Borderland",whichmainly elaborates on its definition,origin,connotation and dimension.The second chapter is the realistic demand of China's interests borderland construction,mainly analyzing the proposal,internal and external factors,construction basis and existing challenges of China's interests borderland.The third chapter is the principle of safeguarding China's interests borderland,which mainly regulates China's specific measures of safeguarding China's interests borderland from three aspects,including the compatibility between China's own overseas interests and the interests of the target country,the combination of domestic institutional coordination and international cooperation,and the coordination between domestic policies and international rules.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for China to safeguard its interests borderland,mainly from overseas risk prevention,international voice,overseas security capacity,strategic support,public diplomacy and other aspects to put forward the concrete countermeasure that China maintains interest borderland.The world is undergoing unprecedented changes in the past century,and major crises and opportunities coexist.China should not only safeguard its own core interests,but also safeguard the increasingly important overseas interests in the sense of national development by constructing interests borderland.
