Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Solidification Barriers In China

At present,the reform of our country has entered the critical stage and deep water zone,and social problems such as the gap between the rich and the poor and the vulnerable groups are gradually highlighted.Profound changes in the pattern of interest,social division of labor,values and lifestyles have driven the social disintegration of our country.Because of the serious social differentiation,and increasingly modeled and curing system of repellency,makes the social class differentiation between the weak and poor flow,curing phenomenon appear gradually lead to social interests,social interests curing to the Chinese characteristic socialism and modernization has brought the serious consequences and influence.How to break the barrier of interest solidification is the hard bone of comprehensively deepening reform,which is related to the deep adjustment and optimization of China's interest pattern.There are two reasons that lead to the solidification of interests.One has a direct effect,namely,the solidification and dichotomy of interests and rights resulting from ownership and distribution policies,and the unbalanced development caused by insufficient reform;the other is an indirect effect,that is,the system,geographical distribution of social resources,education and medical care,such as uneven distribution and cultural customs and other factors.At present,the benefits of social solidification are mainly reflected in the increase in the generational transfer of professional careers,and the fact that they are fixed and alienated in the vulnerable groups at the bottom of the society and are always marginalized.This has caused serious obstacles to social development and construction.It not only creates obstacles in employment and social mobility,but also intensifies conflicts in the stratum and is not conducive to social stability.Based on the actual problems in society,this article begins with the improvement of our governance programs and capabilities from the aspects of promoting social mobility,integrating social security systems,enhancing education equity,establishing a fair and equitable governance concept,and standardizing public power.Through the solution of ideas and specific programs to strengthen the flow and resource allocation of all social strata so that the equilibrium can be maximized,thereby realizing China's modernization in social governance and making the social mobility system and form more fair,reasonable,open,and smooth.,improve the effectiveness of governance.
