Non-profit Organization And Its Business Strategy Based On Corps Mode

With the development of market economy in recent years, non-profit organizations, as a supplement to' profit organizations and the government, have become very remarkable. The development of non-profit organizations is crucial to the promotion of national economy and the maintenance of social stability.In this paper, the author first makes a general theoretical study and analysis on non-profit organizations. On that basis, a comparative research is done in the aspects of scale, contents and source of capital among foreign non-profit organizations. Also analyzed are the current conditions and problems of non-profit organizations in our country. Next, the ordinary management strategies based on the CORPS mode and Hetong old people's home is presented as a case of study. Lastly, some effective suggestions are given concerning the creation of favorable environments for non-profit organizations.Through the study of non-profit organizations and their management strategy, the paper has two purposes. On the one hand, more attention is paid to non-profit organizations and their theoretical research. On the other hand, the author hopes to find an effective approach for the managers of non-profit organizations, which is suitable for the development of non-profit organizations and helpful to organizations goals. At the same time, the government should care more about non-profit organizations and create a favorable atmosphere for them.
