The Non-Profit Organization plays an important role in the aspect of make up the market and the government to malfunction. At present, there is the condition of inefficiency in the Non-Profit Organization commonly. On the one hand is because the organization itself congenital deficiency, on the other hand is because the service offered by the Non-Profit Organization is being a condition that the supply is unable to meet the demand. The organization faces a little competition pressure. Strategy management will provide explicit development direction for the Non-Profit Organization, make up the deficiency which existed by the organization itself, have the daily management established on the foundation of system and order, strengthen the coordination, the communication and the control function of the organization unceasingly, enhance the efficiency and the cohesive force of the organization.The strategy management of the Non-Profit Organization has not formed standard theory frame so far, and receives the profound influence from the strategy management of the company, develops in using for reference and exploration unceasingly. This article based on the feature of the Non-Profit Organization, analyzes the basic difference between the Non-Profit Organization and the enterprise, and explores the pattern of strategy management to satisfy the Non-Profit Organization. In the analysis of strategy, uses the matrix method of IFE and EFE, analyzes the environment of inside and outside and the feature of organization, and establishes the strategic target level of the Non-Profit Organization. In the strategic choice, because the stable of fund mobile is the key aspect which the organization can survive and continue to develop, but the realization condition of business is the directly manifest of the goal and the mission of the Non-Profit Organization, therefore, determines the two as the strategic leading factor of the Non-Profit Organization, and determines the strategic status through establish the fund flow—business situation matrix. Moreover, analyzes the strategy of raise fund, the correlation multiplication strategy, the alliance strategy and the commercialization strategy. In the implementation and the appraisal process to strategy, elaborates the human resources management, the marketing management, the fund control and so on which are the weak links of the Non-Profit Organization; in the link of the strategic appraisal, mainly establishes the appraisal target frame of the Non-Profit Organization and designs a more comprehensive appraisal indicator. The paper finally carries on the strategy management of the Non-Profit Organization through the illustration and has the conclusion.This paper mainly aims at the Non-profit Organization which has strong fund dependence, designs the strategic choice method which suited the Non-Profit Organization, and establishes the appraisal indicator of the Non-Profit Organization. Expect to bring certain instruction significance to the development of the strategy management of the Non-Profit Organization.
