The Neo- Conservatism of Japan is a kind of thinking since the 1980s'. It is mainly about outbreak of the restriction caused by the law since his failure in World War Et. And it emphasizes the right of nation rather than that of individuals.The neo- conservatism of Japan has a system of viewpoints. It consists: the pursuit of the status as a super power; the enhancement of the military force; the modification of the current Constitution of Japan; vague views about the aggression of Japan in World War II.Beside those views, The Neo- Conservatism is the recovery of the traditional value of Japan .So The Neo- Conservatism is not the conservatism actually, but the reactionism. The neo- conservatism is a kind of nationalism, too.This article also point out the resemblances and the difference between The Neo-Conservatism and the right-wing nationalism of Japan. The resemblances are the emphasis of the right of nation and the outbreak of the restrictions .the difference is that The Neo- Conservatism is a kind of pragmatism but the right-wing nationalism is emotional.Lastly, the article narrates the development of The Neo- Conservatism since the inauguration of Japan Prime Minster Junichiro kozimi and its future in the next years.
