County-level Local Government Office Automation System

The rapid development of Information Technology, especially in network area, have changed the communication ways of human and the method of the social management, at meantime, it also has a profound affection on social life and government operation, the level of national economy and the degree of social information became an important indication of the national integrated ability, and in the process, government information has always been put in the corn position because the important role of the government and the government's wildly dependence on information.Government information has two aspects, in which Office Automation is in the basal place, the construction of Government Office Automation System is an essential means and a necessary avenue to government innovation and modernizationnowadays.County governments are the basic administrative organizations in China, the degree of information of which is very important symbol of regional information.This thesis focuses on the research work of the Office Automation System of county government. Firstly, it is indicated that the study of office automation and county government information is of great significance, and then the basic theories of Office Automation is given, the relationship between Office Automation and government management pattern has been discussed. Based on the system demands of the government office automation, the author puts an detailed analysis on the development and design of the county government office automation, and then the realization technology has been discussed according to the participating experience in developing Office Automation System of XianYun county government of the author. Finally many problems that need to face and the outlook in Office Automation research area have been given.
