Research On The Application And Perfection Of Office Automation System In E-government

Following the rapid development of information technology and network technology,informatization has become a key issue of concern for various governments.Since government informatization is not only the basis but also the core of society informatization,countries all consider it a strategic decision to accelerate the development of e-government.As an integral part of e-government,office automation system serves as an application system for government agencies to conduct day-to-day work management and also the main business system by which government' agencies perform their duties actively and effectively.Therefore,it has always been a priority for China's government departments at all levels to construct office automation system.By taking the office automation system of B District Committee Office as research object,this paper firstly sets forth the theories,development history,current situation and characteristics of office automation system to lay a theoretical foundation for research.Secondly,this paper introduces the development and application of the office automation system of B District Committee Office.Thirdly,this paper proceeds from the reality of system construction and integrates the latest technologies and development trend of office automation system to analyze the modules status and development process of the office automation system of B District Committee Office and finally propose a solution to system improvement and perfection.The office automation system of B District Committee Office is further perfected and becomes more practical after this research and can effectively save resources,increase the work efficiency of office staff and improve government's administrative management.
