Base on analyzing the business competitive environments of today's enterprise, this paper study the theories of enterprise strategic management and organization adapting in formal disciplinary sense, including the relation of enterprise strategic planning and organization designing, the relation of enterprise strategic target selecting and its state of life cycle, etc. Author thinks that enterprise organization's behavior isn't be predicted because of enterprise organization system being adapted by itself life cycle evolution. Hence, Author first constructs three dimensions space of business life cycle and enterprise growing strategy selection and enterprise competitive strategy selection, and then bands it together with organization change and management innovation, is try to build the bridge of studying enterprise strategic planning and organization designing, thinks it is a new consider about enterprise management and system innovation. Depending on this results, after researching efforts result in the strategic space with 24 strategies, which only several strategies are survived and applied, author concludes a set of match models of organization forms and business strategy according to the simplicity principal of things, which be called business strategy matched models of life cycle (SMLC). And using SMLC study the problem of enterprise organization designing case by the enterprises limited by information cost, which are living in same lifetime of life cycle, and using same growing strategy, but using difference competitive strategy.Finally, the results are validated with some case study, which are demonstration analyses of organization forms adapted by enterprise strategy change with great ease.
