Organization Structure Design In The Value-based Strategic Management

Market competition is becoming more and more hard, and it forces that the enterprise must consider the existence and the long-term development of the whole enterprise. Many companies have made strategy to define the direction and to disperse the disk. But there are many difficulties in the implement of the strategy. It is very valuable to use the Quantity method to improve the traditional method of strategy management. The thesis pointed out the content and the process of value-based strategic management and the business process reorganization. And the design of the organization was the focal point. This paper gave a model of how the organization design changed with the strategy. And all the methods above were used in one power company.This thesis concludes the man contents as follows:1) The thesis indicated the content and the process of value-based strategic management. It introduced the value-based method, office procedure of the goal and budgeting for office procedure all-sidedly to improve the traditional method of strategy management, and pointed out the method of the value-based strategic management.2) The thesis indicated the basic content and the process of business process reorganization(BPR). It applied value project method to BPR and carried on quantitative research preliminary exploration.3) The thesis indicated the basic theory and method of organization structure design.4) The thesis indicated the basic theory and method of the match of the organization structure and the strategy. And what more important is it indicated the model of how the organization structure changed with the strategy.5) The thesis indicated the process of the organization structure design in one power company.
