| At present,the overall innovation level of China’s strategic emerging enterprises is not high and can’t meet the requirements of accelerating economic development momentum and structural upgrading.They still need to rely on the planning and targeted policy support of the government.Existing studies show that business model plays a crucial role in the development and reform of strategic emerging enterprises,and business model innovation is the key to the development of strategic emerging enterprises.Our government owns or controls a large number of strategic resources,including scarce resources,obtaining government support can solve the problem of innovation resources shortage of strategic emerging enterprises,and will affect the business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.Therefore,clarify the impact mechanism of government support on the business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises,on the one hand,from a theoretical point of view,can enrich the existing business model innovation theory,supplement and improve the empirical research on the relationship among government support,resource bricolage,environmental dynamism and dynamic capabilities,strategic emerging enterprise business model innovation;on the other hand,from the perspective of practice,put forward guiding countermeasures and suggestions for strategic emerging enterprises to make good use of government support to realize business model innovation,it is of important and far-reaching significance to promote the rapid development of strategic emerging enterprises.From the perspective of integrating the resource bricolage theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of government support on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.Firstly,by combing and analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad,difines the connotation and category of government support,the connotation of business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises,the connotation of resource bricolage,the connotation and dimension division of dynamic capability,the connotation of environmental dynamics,and the connotation of competitive intensity.Secondly,explore the correlation between various variables and put forward theoretical research hypothesis,discusses the influence mechanism of government support on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises,and constructs a theoretical analysis model with resource bricolage and dynamic capability as mediating variables,environmental dynamics and competition intensity as moderating variables.Then,Based on survey data of 394 strategic emerging enterprises,SPSS 22.0 was used to empirically test the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper,and put forward the corresponding management enlightenment.The empirical results show that:(1)Government support has a significant positive impact on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises;(2)Government support has a significant positive impact on resource bricolage and dynamic capability;(3)Resource bricolage and dynamic capability have a significant positive impact on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises;(4)Resource bricolage and dynamic capabilities play a partial mediating role between government support and business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises;(5)Environmental dynamics negatively moderates the impact of resource bricolage on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises;(6)Competitive intensity positively moderates the impact of dynamic capabilities on business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises;(7)The mediation model with moderation shows that the environment dynamic moderates the mediating role of resource bricolage between government support and business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises,the mediating role of dynamic capabilities between government support and business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises has not been verified under the condition of moderated competition intensity. |
