Wuhan Petrochemical Plant Income Distribution Mechanism

During the organization reconstruction of WuHan Petrochemical Corporation (WHPCC), an abnormal phenomenon appeared that inability employees were reluctant to leave off, while brain drained. The article studies the income distribution system of WHPCC on the basis of related management theory and practice, as well as knowledge on human resources management. It aims to try a new method on income distribution in state-owned enterprises for its reformation practice on human resources management with modern management idea.Brain-drain is kept on being concerned by executives, which is closely related with inspiring system involved in employee's working satisfaction and internal income distribution.Inspiring is a key function of management. The author puts forth a proposal for the executives of WHPCC on how to inspire employees and hopes it useful to the other similar enterprises.
