To study the law from the point of its value, is an ancient research method, but to make a research of international economic law in this way is a totally brave try. Based on the international economic law in reality, the dissertation mainly deals with the construction and demonstration of the value system of this law branch. Starting with the conception of value of intentional economic law, The thesis discusses the formation, the objective and the realization of its value, trying to guarantee the quality of all the studies above mentioned with the help of a complete research process.This thesis is composed of four parts, about 45, 000 words long.The first part gives a presentation of research method employed in the dissertation. It demonstrates the human subjectivity and the ided of law is what this method pay attention to. Also this part points the multiplicity of value subjects is the hardest core in the realization of the values. Finally , the author comes to a conclusion that the value research method is feasible and important through an analysis of the objectivity and special mission of this method employed in the studies of international economic law.The second part is a transitional one. Based on the studies of the history and reality of international economic law, the author analyses the causes of the formation and augment of international economic law and further, finds its common values needed by all the nations. Finally, the author puts forward the value system of international economic law.The third part is the main part of the dissertation, which studies the value system precisely and concisely. The author discusses the value objectives respectively, which include the order, the justice, the sovereignty, the security, the freedom and the efficiency etc. The discussion in this part points out thedistance between the reality and the objective, and future puts forward the ways to erase this distance.The forth part is the last link of these value studies. It points out the unfair and unjust rules existing in the international economic society are the most important reason to the conflicts of varied values. As a conclusion, the author announces the development of the developing nations is the key to the solution of the conflicts between different values, and only if all the nations enjoy and share the right to construct and interpretative the world economic rules, a just and fair order would be set up in international economic society, and also, this is the ultimate resolution to the utmost realization of the value system.of international economic law.
