This tissue talks about natural resources that are the basement of sustainable development.China,being a developing country,depends much on natural resources to develop than developed country. However,the scarcity and damage of natural resources tends to restrict its development. The author thought the main reasons -concentrate as follows:1. Political economics and western economics affecting china seldom involve protecting natural resources.2. The expansive economic growth model is the biggest enemy of protecting natural resource.3. Plan-system and market-system are both fail to protect natural resources.According to these reasons,the author tries to resolve as follows:1.Change GNP to Green GNP.2. By the methods of marketable pollution pemits and pigovian tax to correct market-system.3. Science and Techonology is key to resolve the scarcity of natural resources. |
