The development of the society is on the support of the supply of the natural resources. No matter it is agricultural era, industrial era, or the era of knowledge-driven economy, the basic function in the social development of natural resources will not change all the time. As regarded from the economic angle, resources are rare, and have the price forever. It is a basic variable of the production function. The endowment and the supply situation of the natural resources have determined the economic growth route of a country. We should take the economic system and the system of natural resources as a whole, which make a country to pay attention to the protection and the sustainable use of natural resources.The fmiteness of natural resources let us think the sustainable development of economy. The natural resources have offered the power of economic development and defined the border of economic sustainable development. We must consider the supply situation of natural resources in economic sustainable development. For a country, it must seek the rational speed of economic development, and make the economic development coordinates with the natural environment.Our age faces the threat of the shortage of natural resources, and the environment is a obvious restrictive factor of the economic development. According to his own conditions, different country makes different resource strategy, in order to seek the sustainable development of his own economy. As a big developing country, our country's economy has developed fast, and we is on the way of the industrialization and urbanization. Our country should change the traditional model of the economic development, use the natural resources rationally, and utilize the foreign resources actively at the same time.
