Nowadays, economic globalization has become a tide that can not be blocked. As a kind of economic phenomenon, it is produced at a certain stage of human society. Though economic globalization is the result of human activities, it still has a kind of objective inevitability that will not change according to the will of human. And that, its developing process is not sailing with the wind, but full of contradiction. This is the objective dialectics of economic globalization. With the development of economic globalization, every country in the world will involve into this tide sooner or later. With the development of economic globalization and the enlargement of the contradiction in capitalism countries, capitalism countries will be taken place by socialism ones. Globalization must coincide with the common interest of the whole human being. This is the truth.The process of economic globalization is complicated, devious and full of contradiction. It is the unity in opposition between simplification and diversification, separation and unification, internationalization and localization, it is also the unity in opposition between strengthening and weakening state sovereignty.Economic globalization has both positive and negative effect on the modernization of China. Firstly, the positive effects mainly embody in its improving the development of our economy. For example, it can improve the economic and technology exchange between China and the outer world. Secondly, the negative effects mainly embody in its threatening the economic security of China, especially threatening the financial security. Besides, it also seriously threatens the ideology of China, and at the same time threatens the adminDuring the modernization of china,we must keep our standpoint and participate in the globalizaton prudently .We should participate actively in the regional co-operation organizations and the International economic cooperation organizations.We must strengthen our protection of national economy.To propel the reformation of our government,we should harness our choutry by law,transform the pattern of administrative management nd take more advantage of information science in our ecnomic administration.We must set up a agreeable social environment,perfect the human resources mechanism.We should advance our structural reforms of education,adhibit more meritocracy to china.
