Ownership Arrangements And Economic Performance Of State-owned Enterprises

This thesis is a theoretical and empirical study on China's SOEs and particularly the present SOEs' contolling and sharing arrangement of the claim to residue, based on the new institutional economics and theory of the firm. The objective of this thesis is to establish an analytical framework of firm's contractual arrangement of ownership to empirically analyze SOEs.
