The main contents include:1. ERP' s functional model based on Intranet/Extranet. ERP based on the ideas of supply chain is researched specially.2. CRM's functional model based on Extranet/Internet. The model's functions are analysed about customer information and service entrance between CRM and ERP.3. SCM's applied model based on Extranet. The information sharing and cooperation function are researched between enterprises on the supply chain.
