Victory Petrochemical Complex Integrated Information System Research

The thesis narrates Shengli petrochemical plant take use of computer network and database technology on the base of existing network and DCS ,and guided by CIMS and ERP, combines the independent production process control system with production management system, constructing a integrated information system, to realize automatic operation of production organization and process control, therefore , provide the accurate and quick information for the managerial decision of the enterprise. The author analyses the actuality and problems of Shengli petrochemical plant existing information management system, the integrate information system is divided to five levels, which are data collection level, process watch and control level, production command level, operation management, enterprise decision level. According management duty, the integrated information system is made up of five relatively independency system, which are production management system, operation management system, science development system, engineering management system and automatic office system, each system contains still couple of sub-system. The thesis describes the function of different levels of the model of integrated information system and the function of different sub-system. The principle and project of the building of the network and database is proposed in the paper . The paper also points out that the selection of software should go a road of independent development combined with common software in building of integrated information system. It also analyses and evaluates comprehensively the direct and indirect benefits that the integrated information system brings to Shengli Petrochemical Plant.
