| This paper described the process of a creative prosperous project of BA new production technology from almost dying prematurely to resurrection and success in Wuxing Corporation, analyzed and researched the reason for failure, method and experience for success.I think technology creation activity is a comprehensive process. It is not only the creation of technology and process, but also needs the creation of organization and management including the creation of the structure of organization, skill of management, deployment of human resources, and cultural environment. Especially, when we engage in the technology creation of independent knowledge property rights, we not only need overcome obstacles of capital investment, engineering design capability, and the mechanism of creation, but also need establish a serious, scientific and objective manner and enterprising spirit. |
