| With fast development of Internet and Information&Communication Technology,E-government has been improved greatly.E-government value co-creation largely changes the way of communication between civil servents and the public.E-government value co-creation plays a significant role of E-government service innovation,quality and transparency of E-government service and satisfaction to E-government service.Public service department is no longer a complete leader and the public are no longer recipients.Instead,they cooperate and carry on value co-creation together now.The performance of E-government value co-creation not only depends on E-government service system which provides the platform for co-creation and encouragement for public intention of participating in E-government value co-creation,but also civil servents’ cognition,reception and participation in E-government value co-creation.So the research on factors of civil servents intention for engaging in E-government servicevalueco-creation is very important.This paper did some review and summary of the research achievements in the field of E-government value co-creation and found out that the research on factors of civil servents intention for engaging in E-government servicevalueco-creation is limited.This research built the model of factors of civil servents intention for engaging in E-government servicevalueco-creation based on technology acceptance model and trust theory.314 valid questionnaires was received by the method of questionnaire survey.Technology acceptance model was used to test reliability and validity of the sample data and demonstrate model fitting and path analysis.The results shows that,firstly,subjective norms and social environment have positive influence on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,trust in social public and E-government system;secondly,perceived usefulness,trust in social public and E-government system have have positive influence on participation willing;thirdly,however,there is no significant correlation between perceived ease of use and participation willing.The contribution of this research mainly are that,technology acceptance model of factors of civil servents intention for engaging in E-government servicevalueco-creation based on technology acceptance model and trust theory was built.Valuable conclusions was obtained by empirical analysis.And suggestions and countermeasures was provided to enhance the intention for engaging in E-government servicevalueco-creation according to model analysis. |
