It takes more than a decade for China to negotiate for entering into WTO,and meanwhile to argue the development issues which will occur after the entrance. With the legal documents for China's entry finished,it seems all it over,but not the problems we will face. How to make the mind clear and try to find out a better way for development has become the urgent and practical problem for all.This thesis firstly analyzes the business situations of the author's company and what problems the company involved. It's apparent that each industry will face the opportunities and challenges after China entering into WTO,so will the textile industry,which business area our company are engaged in. So secondly,the thesis gives a brief introduction about the textile trade rules under WTO,and tries to analyze these rules' impact on the textile industry of China. Finally,based on the detail analysis about the international and domestically business circumstances and the developing trends of textile industry,and the analysis of our company's advantages and disadvantages hi textile business area,the thesis gives out some suggestions on how to overcome the difficulties and how to develop well facing the opportunities and challenges mentioned in the thesis after entering into WTO.The thesis includes three chapters:Chapter one introduces the basic situation of our company,and based on which,gives a detail analysis on main problems our company involved.Chapter two analyzes the textile trade rules under WTO,and what opportunities and challenges the textile industry of China will face,and how to deal with them.Chapter three gives suggestions on our company's development under WTO rules,which based on the analysis of the industrial circumstances and developing trends,and the analysis of our company's competition capacity.
