Coordinated Regional Development Strategy

It is important to accelerate the exploitation of the Central and Western regional resources and the economic development and to realize the regions harmoniously development. Based on the analyzing the regional imbalanced development, this paper proposes some proposals on realizing the regions harmoniously development form the angles of improving the regional macro-policies and accelerating the Central and Western region development. The author believes that government should establish regional economic development strategy from the angle of the whole country and build the regional economic relationship with internal and external circle. The establishment of regional strategy should be guided by the view of market. The government should forcefully propel the establish of Central and Western regions' factors markets, nature the central region of economic development, enhance the reform strength in Central and Western regions, deepen the open to the outside, build the growth foundations recycling around the high technology, develop the rural and town enterprises, propel the economic connection and cooperation between the Central and western region, and prompt the fundamental transform of the economic system and the way of economic growth in the Central and Western region.
