Study On Region Balance And Harmonious Development Of China Food Security

The problem of food security is an important one relating to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Recently, with the several bumper harvests of the food produce and emergency of the selling rice's problem, the contradictory of food security in our country has changed from scanty in rice demand and supply among regions has appeared. Therefore, the article researches on the problem of the food security on the topic of the regions' balance and harmonious development.There are five parts in the article.The first one is introduction. It defines food, food security and food region and tells the background of the topic, the goal and significance of the research, the methods and the innovative points.The second one analyzes the condition of China food security. First, it points that the disequilibria of China food in demand and supply among regions has become main insurance factors of food security on the base of judging the condition of China food security which links of food demand and supply in every region.The third one is about theory research. It points out the sectors which are used for reference in every theory when setting food problem, which guides to choose security patterns and raise security countermeasures in the latter article, by analyzing and summarizing four theories including the theory of balance on demand and supply, the region position superiority theory, the market exchange theory and the sustainable development theory .The forth one points that our country should choose region division and coordination pattern, and at the same time combining other three patterns to commonly adjust food balance of demand and supply, by evaluating their superiorities and inferiorities and comparatively analyzing the four food security adjustment patterns including stock adjustment pattern between two years, market adjustment pattern, policy adjustment pattern and region division and coordination pattern.The fifth one aims at implementing the region division and coordination food security pattern and distributes and arranges our food produce according to the principle of comparative superiority among regions on the base of analyzing the condition and problem of our region balance .At last, it puts forward the countermeasures realizing region division and coordination .
