The Legalization Of Euthanasia

This thesis consists of three parts surrounding reply to whether to legalize euthanasia.Part 1 After reviewing the history of euthanasia and its modern position, the author compares euthanasia in the modern sense to the one in the ancient sense. On this basis, the categories of euthanasia discussed in this article is posed ,namely initiative euthanasia and partly negative euthanasia .Part 2 .First of all, euthanasia is a personal right and as far as the society is concerned , it isn't entitled to oblige an individual to endure unnecessary pang .On this basis , the author discusses the rationalization of euthanasia . Euthanasia may be exercised in our country for the essential accounts as follows :1 N an increasingly apparent rise in the occurrence of serious disasters ;2s ordinary unweathyness of the society ;3 -, imperfection of medical system .Meanwhile the ethics admittance of the modern society to euthanasia and the solution in executive technology to euthanasia constitute the basic prerequisites and conditions for executing euthanasia.Part 3 mainly discusses the legislation with regard to euthanasia .The author firstly tells the distinction between euthanasia and bloodguilt ,then puts forward some proposals on the criminal law on euthanasia which should be promulgated in the form of separate law.What needs stating is that ,notwithstanding the terms and conditions for euthanasia legislation have matured in our country , it is unwise to make relevant law immediately.Quite a few factors will have adverse effect on the legislation .As a result ,what has been discussed and studied in the said parts of this paper, as the author wishes ,will contribute to the future legislation.
