The New Trade Protectionism Tbt In Theory, Practice And Impact

Nowadays, TBT,the important means of the New Protectionism' has beenhaving a growing big effect on the export of our country and has been an important factor during pioneering , maintaining and augmenting the international market share of our export enterprises. So, it is necessary to analyse TBT specifically in order to find strategies to overcome it . This article is divided into three chapters.The first chapter of the article has a brief analysis of the origin, characteristics and the new trend of the means of the New protectionism. The second chapter of the article analyses the theory of TBT, which includes the definition and characteristics of TBT, the origin of TBT, the current system of TBT, the inhibition mechanism of WTO against TBT, the acting mechanism and economic analysis of TBT and the Green Barriers which is the special form of TBT.The third chapter of the article analyses the practise of TBT, which includes the practise of TBT in America, Japan and the European Union, the three trade partners of our country, the impact of TBT on the export of our country and some strategies to overcome TBT provided from the point of view of government and enterprise of our country.
