The dissertation includes four sections. Three interrelated definitions of the system of economic law, the system of economic jurisprudence, and the system of economic law curriculum, are explained in the introduction. Then, the author points out that the disordered situation of current teaching material of economic law is the result of the scholar's point of view according with the curriculum education instead of the system of economic jurisprudence. Therefore, later teaching material of economic jurisprudence should be compiled in conformity to the system of economic jurisprudence.In chapter one, the influence of the development of economic law upon the system of economic law curriculum in China is analyzed. The system of economic ; law curriculum is an open system and it will develop with the time. In chapter two, the development and status quo of the economic law curriculum system are introduced. With so many drawbacks, It is necessary to reconstruct the system of the economic law curriculum. The nuclear section lies in chapter three. Based on the economic section of Fundamental Criterion of Nuclear Curriculum Education for Law Specialty of National Higher Schools, promulgated by Higher Education Department of National Education Ministry, the author puts forward the basic principle . The process of reconstruction should undergo the following three steps: The first step is to make clear the definition of economic law and the objective to be reconstructed. The second step is to get rid of the introduction of relevant law and to delimit the extended scope of curriculum system. The third step is to design a sub-discussion system. Finally, a reasonable system of economic law curriculum will be established.
