In recent years,due to the influence of political and economic factors,universities in the Republic of Mali face enormous challenges of lack of educational resources and disordered management systems.The leaders of the Republic of Mali aim to establish an effective higher education system,as well as ensuring the quality of higher education in Mali.In terms of educational programs,Mali's higher education decision-makers ought to provide Mali State with competent and professional lawyers and administrators that can meet the different political,economic,cultural,social and other needs.In fact,the universities' curriculum in the Republic of Mali is still not optimistic.In theory,the University of Law and Political Science of Bamako should play a vital role in the development of political talents and managers in Mali,but there are many problems with the curriculum of internal public law department in Bamako college of public law,which leads until people are not satisfied with talents training.The effectiveness of the curriculum plays a vital role in the development of talent.Thus,based on the CIPP(Context,Input,Process and Product)evaluation model,this study evaluates and analyzes the context,inputs,process and products of the internal public law curriculum of Bamako Public Law College through literature method and questionnaire survey.It Pointed out the problems that exist and propose corresponding countermeasures.Due to the Malian higher education department's staff member identity of the author of this thesis,this study evaluates the effectiveness of the undergraduate course of internal public law in Bamako Public Law College,revealing the extent to which the objectives of the curriculum have been achieved,Advising for the improvement of the undergraduate curriculum of internal public law in Bamako Public Law College.The thesis mainly includes the following six sections:The first section is an introduction.The introduction mainly includes five parts: problematic,significance of the research,literature review at China homeland and abroad,study ideas and methods,and innovation of the study.The second section is an overview of the effectiveness evaluation of undergraduate curriculum.On the basis of combing and analyzing the literature,the related concepts of “curriculum”,“evaluation”,“effectiveness” and “effectiveness evaluation” were defined,and the evaluation paradigm and CIPP curriculum evaluation model were introduced and analyzed.The third section is an evaluation on the effectiveness of internal public law curriculum at the Bamako Public Law Faculty.Undergraduate students,alumni,teachers,and students' parents of the Bamako Public Law Faculty are selected for research,using questionnaires,based on the CIPP evaluation model;the curriculum context,input,process and product were evaluated and analyzed in four aspects.The fourth part is about the problems on the effectiveness of internal public law curriculum.Based on the analysis of the documents and the results of the questionnaire survey,this study raise the problems on the effectiveness of internal public law curriculum from the aspects of curriculum context,input,process and product.The fifth section concerned the countermeasures for this curriculum's effectiveness presented problems.Aiming at the problems in the four aspects of the curriculum's context,input,process and its product;and the corresponding solutions are proposed.The sixth section is the conclusion.It summarizes the main contents of this study and points out its shortcomings.
