In the recently ten years, the service industry has get a powerful development in the west developed nation. Since 1970's, with the USA's impulse, the west nation's enterprises lead a service innovation. More and more well-educated people believe that the service quality is vital to a enterprise's exist. And that now, they predict that the competition between the enterprises is the service competition in 1990's, and any enterprise can't resist the impact of the service innovation. From our market economy developing and more and more market competition, we can get a result that it is a necessarily to apply service marketing in the manufacture industry. Service, fellow the product price, quality, become the focus of the competition. With the customer's maturity, mediocre service can't earn money any more. So in order to get the long-term superiority in the hot market competition, all the enterprise must take the service ability as the core competition.To apply service marketing in the manufacture enterprise, the most important is that we must carry a good fundamental work, applying the market subdivision and market position. And create the corresponding customer information system. Service has much character such as immaterial, divergent, indivisible, non-storageable, so manufacture industry must design suitable marketing plan basis on itself character and the service character. Such as make the service materiality to express the enterprise's culture, create the enterprise's image. And on the other hand, in the fast changed market, hot competition can make the service imitation easily. So enterprise ought to avoid the same service, and make constantly service innovation to apply the new service means.Healthy, steady and continuous management is every corporation's target. To achieve this target, service marketing is a useful mean. And as for service marketing, corporation's service culture and service brand are the key feature.At present, China's manufacture industry gets in heated competition stage, especially after China's join WTO, internal manufacture must be up against more powerful competition of the international manufacture. We hopeservice marketing can do some contribution to the continuous and steady development of the manufacture enterprise.
