Reliability Of The Supply Chain Research

The aim of the supply chain and the supply chain management is to meet the requirement of the customs rapidly and reliably. In order to perform the function of the supply chain, the reliability of the supply chain should be learned comprehensively and the quantity measurement should be studied to support the decision.There are two keystones in this thesis. Firstly we focus on the supply chain reliability research based on the Meta graph model, which includes the research about the definitions and algorithms of the supply chain reliability on different levels. The purpose of the research is to establish the base for the supply chain optimization. Secondly, use MetaSCM system to realize the theory indexes and algorithms as well as explain them with an example, which can increase the practicability of the study. The aim is to make the reliability indexes can be measured and optimized expediently.The original points of this thesis are the following:(1) Proposed the definitions, indexes and algorithms based on the Meta model of the supply chain reliability are on the strategic level and operating level.(2) Make the evaluating indexes of the supply chain reliability on the strategic level and operating level can be measured by the quantity and use MetaSCM system to realize their algorithms.(3) Implemented an example of microcomputer supply chain to analyze the application of the indexes and the usages of the MetaSCM system and applied the multiple objectives decision making methods to analyze the results.
