China's Accession To The Wto, The Use Of The Strategic Adjustment Of The Foreign Investment

The thesis first discussed the historical and present theory of international capital flow. It introduced basic principles and main agreements of the World Trade Organization. And it reviewed the development of China's foreign capital utilization. After making a research of the present trend of international capital flow, it analyzed the chances and challenges caused by China's WTO accession. The most significant part of this thesis expounded the strategic adjustment of China's foreign capital utilization after China's entrance into WTO and emphasized some important points we should pay more attention to. It took the city Kunshan as a good example with many aspects worth studying from. In the end, the author tried to forecast the future of China's foreign capital utilization by investigating new situation after China's entrance into WTO and analyzing its interior and exterior environment during the period of the 10th "Five Years' Plan".
